Lips that still look like you
Good lip filler should be the kind of thing people cannot quite place. You look rested and balanced, a little more like yourself on your best day, and no one can point to why. That is the whole aim here. Not a bigger mouth for the sake of it, but lips that fit the rest of your face and still move and read as yours, placed by a nurse practitioner who treats for balance rather than for a trend.
How I approach lips
No two mouths get the same plan. Maybe you want a little more shape. Maybe you have had a thin upper lip you have side eyed your whole life. Maybe one side has always sat higher than the other and it quietly drives you crazy. We talk about it honestly. I tell you what filler can fix and what it cannot, and we build from there slowly, so you stay in control of the result the whole way through.
What lip filler can actually do
Lip filler can add hydration or a subtle volume that fits the rest of your face. It can redefine a border that has gone soft over the years, even out a top and bottom lip that never quite matched, soften the fine lines that show when you purse, and bring back fullness that thinned with age. And if a fuller look is genuinely what you are after, we can go there too, safely and in stages.
What to expect
Most people find it far easier than they expect. I numb you first with a topical and a dental block, and the filler itself has numbing built in, so the appointment tends to be comfortable. You may have some swelling, tenderness, or a little bruising for a few days, which is normal and settles quickly. Your lips look their truest at about two weeks, once any swelling has fully resolved.

Why I price by area, not by syringe
Most clinics price filler by the syringe, which rewards using more of it. I price by the area instead because I deliver results instead of purely product. Your lips are one set price whether they take a little product or a lot, so what drives the plan is your result, not a total climbing while you sit in the chair.
It can always be undone
Lip filler here is hyaluronic acid, which means it is reversible. If you ever want to adjust it or take it out completely, it can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. That safety net is a big part of why I trust HA for lips, and it means nothing you decide today is permanent.
How we approach it at FRZN
FRZN is led by Alyssa Hoover, a board certified nurse practitioner with an ER and critical care background. Lips sit near important blood vessels, so technique and safety matter more than most people realize. I inject using multiple techniques, use one handed aspiration for an added layer of safety, and keep dissolving and vascular protocols on hand every single time. Overdone is my pet peeve, so I build slowly, and you leave looking like yourself.
A few things people ask me
How much does lip filler cost in Frisco?
I price by the area, so your lip treatment is one set price however much product it takes to get you there. Lips are $700. What you are paying for is the result and the work behind it.
Does it hurt?
Less than most people expect. I numb you first with a topical and a dental block, and the filler has numbing built in, so the whole thing tends to be pretty easy.
Will I look overdone?
Overdone is my pet peeve. We build slowly, so you walk out looking like yourself and not like a duck.
How long does it last?
Usually somewhere around six months to a year, sometimes longer. It comes down to the product we use and how quickly your body breaks it down.
Can it be dissolved?
Yes. Hyaluronic acid dissolves if you ever want to adjust it or take it back out completely, and that safety net is a big part of why I trust it for lips.
