Shipping policy
Where we ship FRZN Aesthetics currently ships within the state of Texas only. Orders with a shipping address outside Texas cannot be fulfilled and will be cancelled and refunded. If you are outside Texas and would like a product, contact us and we will let you know your options.
Local pickup Free local pickup is available at our Frisco location, 10050 Legacy Dr, Ste 100, Room 204, inside City Salons of Frisco. To arrange pickup, text 469.443.6070 with a screenshot of your order confirmation, and we will confirm a time. Pickups are typically ready within 24 hours.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or picked up on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation once your order is on its way or ready for pickup.
Shipping rates and delivery Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout, including a standard option and an express option. Estimated delivery within Texas is typically 2 to 5 business days after processing, depending on the method selected and your location.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. FRZN Aesthetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments, but we will gladly help you work with the carrier to locate a package.
Incorrect addresses Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you catch a mistake, contact us right away and we will help if the order has not yet shipped.
