Become a FRZN Model

I am always refining technique and building an honest library of my work. When I take on models, you are treated by me at a reduced model rate, and in return I document the process. If that trade sounds good, apply below.

What the model program is

From time to time I look for models for specific treatments I am practicing, teaching, or photographing for the practice. It is a real treatment, performed by me, with the same safety and care every patient gets. The difference is that your session is documented and priced at a reduced model rate.

Selection is case by case and depends on what I am currently working on and whether you are a good candidate for that treatment. Submitting your interest does not guarantee a spot.

What you receive

  • Your treatment performed by me, an acute care nurse practitioner, at a reduced model rate confirmed once you are selected.
  • A consultation and treatment plan built around your goals.
  • Your before and after photos, plus any content I capture of your result (on request). Tagging on social media unless otherwise stated.
  • The same aftercare and follow up as any FRZN patient.

What I ask of you

  • Consent to photos and video before, during, and after, used for education, training, and marketing including social media and websites likeness.
  • Full honesty about your medical history and every prior aesthetic treatment you have had, no matter how long ago it was.

Who tends to be a good fit

Someone who is comfortable being photographed, a solid candidate for the treatment on offer, and able to commit to the timing of the session and any follow up. You must be 21 or older.

Apply to model

Applications go through my model form. To be considered, complete the form and submit all five required photos. You can return to the form anytime to update your submission or add your name for a new model call, or email me if you would rather reach out directly.
