Return & Exchange Policy
At FRZN Aesthetics, your satisfaction is important to us. While we take pride in providing only the highest quality skincare products, we understand that sometimes adjustments may be needed.
Unopened Product Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges Accepted: We gladly accept exchanges on unopened and unused skincare products within 30 days of purchase.

Equal or Greater Value: Exchanges may be made for another item of equal or greater value. If the new item is priced higher, the difference in cost will be the responsibility of the client.

Original Receipt Required: Please provide proof of purchase at the time of exchange.
Opened/Used Products
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used skincare products.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact our team at Alyssa@FRZNAesthetics.com within 30 days of your purchase.
- Provide your order details and let us know which unopened product you’d like to exchange.
- Bring the item back to our office or ship it back (shipping costs are the responsibility of the client).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will make it right with either a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.
