If you're new here, or you've been sending your questions into med spa DMs hoping for a real answer, I built you a better way in. It's free, it's private, and it lives right on my website.

How it works

Look at the bottom right corner of any page on my site. There's a small widget there. Click it and it walks you through a few things: what's actually bringing you in, the concerns on your mind, and any treatments you've had before. Here's the part that matters most. For this to actually work, you have to fill it out with intention and upload your photos. The more honest detail you give me and the clearer your pictures, the better the read I can give you back. A one line entry with no photos doesn't leave me much to work with.

And to be clear, this is not a chat box or a bot. It isn't a stranger on the other side of the world, and it isn't a canned reply. Whatever you put in there comes directly to me. I read it myself, and I respond myself, and all of it stays completely HIPAA compliant, which is not something a DM can promise.

From there I send a quick assessment straight back to your email with my recommendations. If you already have a treatment in mind, I'll tell you honestly how I would approach it, including where what you're picturing and what I'd actually do might differ. One honest caveat: because this is based on photos and not an in person exam, anything I offer here is basic by nature, and I will always recommend coming in for an official consult so I can assess you properly. Think of this as a real starting point, not the final word.

Why I set it up this way

I don't give treatment advice over DMs, and I say that a lot, but it's not to be difficult. DMs aren't private, they aren't HIPAA compliant, and a real professional opinion deserves more than a rushed message squeezed between everyone else's. This gives you the personalized part without the guesswork and without the exposure. No pressure, no sales pitch, no cost.

Who it's for

This is for you if you're new to me and not quite ready to book, if you're comparing your options, if you're not sure what you actually need, or if someone quoted you a plan elsewhere and you want an honest second read on it. Curiosity is welcome here. That's the whole point of it.

And when you're ready for the full picture in person, a consultation is always the next step.
